Delivery
All products are dispatched from our Johannesburg headquarters with our courier partner Fastway Couriers. Estimated delivery timelines are main centers 24-48 hours and outlying areas 48-72 hours. Clients will be sent tracking information as soon as the package is packed.
Exchanges and Refunds
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds and should you need to exchange your garment for a different size the cost of returning the garment will be that of the customer as well as the delivery fee for the new garment. Due to the nature of surgery, with the risk of blood and bodily fluids on garments we will use our discretion on all returned items to ensure that they are in pristine condition, have not been used and are safe for return an resale. The safety of our clients is our main priority so should a garment be considered worn it will not be eligible for exchange.
